Join us for a dining experience and tasting led by hosts from Opus One Tuesday, March 28th from 6.45pm. Befitting, that the first of our wine dinner series should be in celebration of this revered iconic winery and all its spoils. Combing with our exclusive tasting menu design by Bjoern Weissgerber Chef Director and Douglas Santi Executive Chef. Whilst our service style is a sharing concept, each of the dishes has been expertly paired with a selection of wine, including an exclusive highlight being opus one 2014. A rich, full-bodied wine, with supple, velvety tannins and an intense fruit aroma, a vibrant wine with great freshness and a particularly elegant structure. Hosted by Frank Markovich from Opus One and Esteban Arce head sommelier of Sexy Fish.

The cost is $399 not inclusive of tax and service charge.
